3Tris in 3weeks
1- XTERRA Southeast Championship of the US Tour: Birmingham, Alabama:
1mile swim (2 half mile loops), 18 mile mtn bike, 6.2 trail run (10 hills): finish time: 3hrs 20 mins, placed 6 out of 8 in division. Crossed the finish line and laid in the med tent during the award ceremony to receive 2 IVs, my color came back. I drove 20 hrs the day before to get to Alabama.

2-XTERRA East Championship of the US Tour: Richmond, Virginia:
.7 mile swim (zig zag across the James river....absolutely nutty), 18 mile mtn bike, 6.2 trail run in the sun. 3hrs 19 mins, placed 2 out 6 in division. Crossed the finish line and headed for shade...very proud to shave 50 mins off my bike split from last year.
3-Philadelphia Triathlon for CHOP:
1 mile swim, 25 mile bike, 6.2 mile flat on the road run. Crossed the finish line in 2hrs 41 mins with my back to the crowd to show "Hope Lives Here" on my jersey. Had my front brake rubbing the tire for the first 10 miles. My splits lacked the speed factor, but it was a gorgeous day! time for a break from racing (one week).
