Learn how to become a regional, national, & world champion
Where and how to train for XTERRA races
*Q &A session with a Sports Medicine Team (physician, nutrionist, and physical therapists)

2-TRI XTERRA! Saturday April 12 10am:
· Candy Angle & Andrew Noble, World Champions & Professional Tri-athletes share their expertise in training: swim, bike, and run.

3-Preview XTERRA course: King of the Hill Saturday April 26 10am: (raindate April 27)
· Group ride to preview the bike course at Round Valley Reservation in Clinton NJ. Directions go to www.greenbrookracing.com
· preview the 5K trail run…climb Toboggan Hill
· Learn about transition (pack your lunch)
