Philadelphia CYO Track Championships (5/31/08)
I was there for the 4x800m Boys race, warmed up Jodi for the 1600m by running thru UPENN's campus, made sure all the boys who were running more than 1 heat that day were eating and drinking to maintain energy, and then had a brief visit with my niece ( http://giannaslove.blogspot.com/ ) at CHOP before I had to run off to a mass race.
